How it plays
Missiles fall
Every warhead carries a problem. Short ones like
7 × 8 come fast; as your score climbs, they grow into chains of up to five
operations — slower, but worth far more.
Type the answer, fire
Type it on your keyboard and press Enter. The missile with that answer is destroyed — no aiming, just math. A wrong answer costs a point, a sliver of shield and your combo streak.
Bosses every 100 points
A slow, armoured warhead carrying a whole stack of problems. Clear every one before it lands — a boss that reaches the dome takes 60% of your shield.
Survive to 1,500
Past 1,400 the sky fills with a missile every second. Hold out, reach 1,500 and defeat the final boss to win — then unlock Infinite Mode and see how far you can go.
Your arsenal
Correct answers in a row charge your weapons. Which ones you get depends on the math you choose to fight with.
Tactical Nukes
The Nuclear Silo fills as you build a streak. Launch a nuke to wipe every ordinary missile off the screen in one blast. Stock up to ten. Comes online when multiplication is in play.
Chrono Grenades
The Chrono Tower turns streaks into time grenades that slow every missile to a crawl — and stop new ones launching until the slow wears off or the sky is clear. Comes online with division.
Tesla Towers
Two towers flank the battlefield. Solve an exponent or a root and chain lightning leaps from it through the tower into the nearest missiles — more jumps with every upgrade.
Mine Orbs
Solve-for-x equations leave a mine where they fall. The next missile to touch it sets it off, destroying every ordinary missile in the blast — and sometimes dropping an upgrade point.
Armor & repairs
Upgrade points from bosses buy Dome armor, emergency repairs and stronger weapons mid-battle. Research Excess Repairs and, once both weapon stocks are full, every correct answer patches the shield instead.
Smart upgrades
Hit ↑ and your upgrade point goes where it's needed — the active weapon first, then the next one, then the Tesla towers, armor and repairs.
Math you control
- Six kinds of problem — addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, exponents and roots.
- Tune each one — one- or two-digit numbers, and decimals and negatives for the four basics.
- Solve for x
— equations like
3 + x = 8, unlocked through research. - Mixed expressions
— chains like
3 + 4 × 2follow the order of operations and pay 1.5× points. - Five difficulty levels — Easy to Nightmare set the pace, plus a secret sixth level for players who complete the entire tech tree.
- A high score for every setup — beat your best on the exact mix you practise.
Between battles: the Research Lab
Your score earns Research Cores that stay with you from run to run. Spend them on 16 upgrades: stronger buildings, mines, repairs, new kinds of math — and four great scientists you can bring into battle:
- Ada Lovelace — start every battle with level-2 buildings.
- Lise Meitner — nukes charge faster.
- Albert Einstein — time slows further, for longer.
- Nikola Tesla — two extra lightning jumps.
Along the way: 15 achievements to earn and radio transmissions that unfold the story of the war against the machines.
